**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in arranging incoming and outgoing mails, including for overseas courier services.
- Monitor and make purchases to replenish office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Prepare monthly expense reports.
- Provide administrative support to Corporate Office in general, and specifically for the Finance department, such as arranging meetings, hosting visitors, answering enquiries, etc.
- Oversee and follow up on proper maintenance of office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers and printers conducted by vendors.
- Attend to ad hoc building management services and maintenance requests for Corporate Office, such as air conditioning, lighting, pest control, fire-fighting equipment, carpeting, furniture and fixtures, etc.

**Key Requirements**
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially in Word and Excel.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of working experience.
- Pleasant personality with positive work attitude.
