Intelligent Automation Systems Manager

Changi Airport is embarking on a journey of digital transformation towards an integrated and pre-emptive airport where we implement innovative ways in optimising resource allocation and improving passenger experience. We are excited to invite passionate individuals to join us on this journey as an Intelligent Automation Systems Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist CAG’s cross-functional teams to develop the automation strategy and implementation plan to enhance current operations, such as improving work efficiency and safety.
- Work closely with the appointed external partners (from the academia, research institutes and vendors) to deliver/develop the desired functionalities to enable the identified capabilities.
- Work with internal technical teams to streamline the support needed (in areas of IT, OT, etc.) for successful implementation.
- Specifically in robotics, to develop, maintain and operationalise the various robotic system and platforms, and to participate from conceptual phase in developing the mínimal viable product (MVP) to full system implementation.

**Pre-requisites**
- Degree(s) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Mechatronics or any related discipline.
- Preferably with at least 3 years’ of relevant work experience.
- IT professional and technical certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCSP, CISSP, related and equivalent will be preferred.
- Familiar with working with IoT edge devices (Raspberry Pi, etc), middleware/gateway to facilitate data flows in hybrid environments.
- Familiar with using Agile software development, DevOps/DevSecOps processes and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with software deployment management tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to stakeholders across all levels.
- Team player, self-motivated and driven, creative with good communication, presentation and written skills.
