**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development, and health and safety procedures.
- Ensure the well-being of children during afternoon routines.
- Liaise with school management and parents on matters concerning student care and teaching and learning issues.
- Maintain close communication with vendors for safe and timely pick-up and drop-off services.
- Ensure the school's physical condition provides an optimal learning environment.
- Mentor teachers to foster positive and collaborative approaches to learning, teaching, and evaluation.
- Execute the school's programmes and new initiatives to the highest standards.
- Support enrolment and centre tours to explain programmes and services.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as reports, finance, and GIRO reports.
- Perform other duties as delegated by the Centre Director (for Assistant Centre Head).

**Minimum Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Exceptional work ethic and high integrity.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle challenges professionally.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their love for learning.
- Ability to mentor and guide teachers effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a fast-paced work environment.
- Commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for students and staff.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children, preferably at the primary level. Those with supervisory experience have an advantage.
