**MAIN PURPOSE**

As a member of the Operations Team in SEA & Oceania., the Regional Supply and Demand Manager will lead a team of 3 people to optimize the stock management and its distribution activity at Regional and market level on all product categories: Jewellery, Watches, Accessories, Fragrance and POSM. He/she will report to Regional Operations Director and is a key stakeholder on stock availability and client satisfaction for both sellable and non-sellable goods.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Demand, Supply and Distribution Planning**
- Supervise all stock activities including forecasting, distribution and allocation of Jewelry, Watches, Accessories, Fragrance and POSM. This includes stock at CDC, RDC, Retail Boutiques, Ecommerce and Retailer Partners.
- Monitor stock target closely and ensure optimum stock availability at all networks.
- Plan and anticipate seasonal stock needs during peak sale season, festive period, and price adjustment period.
- Define stock strategy with network commercial/Marketing/CVE teams to ensure coherence between stock supply and brand visibility.
- **Stock Management**
- Ensure novelty stock, high value stock and limited-edition product are distributed in all networks based on commercial needs and marketing strategy.
- Coordinate stock needs on flash sale, staff consignment and event activations and ensure all activities are compliant within group guidelines.
- Monitor stock repair and stock return activities to ensure RDC 2nd choice and 3rd choice stock is limited and under monitored.
- Coordinate regional destructions from Cartier International Operations requests and follow up with local markets including logistics team
- **Analytics, Intelligence, Projects**
- Leverage analytics tools to deepen the understanding of business performance and stock evolution.
- Support the team with right reporting tools and resources to improve overall work efficiency.
- Proactively work with Cartier International Operations on supply chain initiatives and provide local insights and resources to support each project.
- Support Regional Operations Director in organizing regular meetings in collaboration with Cartier Central Operations, local Marketing, Commercial and CVE teams.
- **Team Management**
- Define and organize workflow, segregation of duties to ensure optimum operational efficiency and balanced workload.
- Manage team member’s individual development plan by assessing the right competency needs and empower the team.
- Plan regular meetings with the team to review work priorities, share feedback, any blocking issue, share of experience etc.

**Skills**
- Bachelor's Degree - preferably in either Supply Chain or Merchandising background
- 10 years (or more) of experience in Supply Chain or Merchandising.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills & computer savvy: Power BI, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP knowledge is a must.
- Experience and knowledge in luxury is a plus
- Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, ability to plan and able to work under pressure
- Good understanding of local culture and local teams’ needs
- Team Player with good communications skills
