**Description of position**

Sales administration duties:

- Handling local Singapore and overseas customer questions and inquiries related to the Nexen Electric Power-track System
- Handle technical questions from questions related to troubleshooting and installation of the Nexen Electric Power-track system
- Preparing and sending sales documentation ( quotation, sales order, and delivery order)
- Generating sales invoice and maintaining the business unit’s accounts receivables
- Meeting Monthly sales targets related to the Nexen Electric Power-track System
- Coordinate and liaising with end customers of the delivery and installation schedule of their power track system orders
- Researching overseas prospects and generating overseas leads for the power-track market
- Communication with internal operations executive to ensure delivery schedule and installation schedule for power-track used in residential and commercial projects are done in time
- Managing the overseas Safety Certification process required for Nexen Electric's Power-track System Products before they can be exported overseas
- Any Adhoc duties as set by management

HR & Admin duties
- Maintain employee leave and time-off records
- Recruitment and processing of visas and employment passes
- Maintain employee’s training records
- Manage company’s insurance contracts (WIC, Fire insurance, Public Liability insurance, Group Medical insurance)
- Manage company vehicles, IT equipment, and maintenance records
- Assist on ISO 9001:2015 and Bizsafe audit
- Liaise with service providers on various matters such as general office maintenance, medical, and insurance matters
- Assist in the coordination and planning of internal company events
- Procurement of office stationery and refreshments
- Carry out all other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned by managers

**Requirements**:

- At least 5-10 years working in a company specializing in power-track products
- 5-10 years knowledge of the Safety Certification process required for each overseas market for Nexen Electric's Power-track System Products
- Have strong technical and troubleshooting knowledge in power-track products
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Navision, and sales software programs
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
