As a fast growing company, we require a **Customer Admin Support Executive **to champion administrative and operational support to field and indoor technicians.
This position requires you to be precise, meticulous, responsive and sensitive to our customers.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Arrange technicians daily servicing schedules.
- Track and provide direct support to assigned technicians
- Process paperwork and invoices in SAP system
- Monitoring & updating service tickets in field management system
- Follow-up with customers on outstanding open service tickets
**What we need**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field / industry.
- Training will be provided.
- Comfortable with processing paperwork and preparing job schedules.
- Co-ordination works between suppliers, clients and internal teams
- Good team player with positive work attitude
