**Human Resources Business Partner
**Responsibilities**
- Support multiple perspectives through direct partnership within the organization and through various HR programs such as Staffing support, Performance Management, Training and Development, Retention, Talent Management and Employee Relations, Company events/activities for employees in assigned Department of assigned Region
- Proactively drive effective HR solutions for Commercial department.
- Target to increase workforce capability, provide strategic staffing, and end-to-end HR support.
- Work and partner with commercial team to develop and implement organizational design, workforce planning, skill assessment, people strategy to support sales workforce to achieve business targets
- Benchmark, evaluate, and develop HR policies to align with regulatory and to admin employees' compensation & benefits
- Conduct performance evaluation to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness
- Provide coaching and consulting to managers and employees in the areas of performance management, compensation, employee retention, talent planning, leader and employee development, positive employee relations practices, and conflict resolution.
- Build leader capability, improving workforce capability and positive employee relations practices
- Develop recruitment strategies to reach talents and scale our recruiting practice for APAC
- Manage sales personnel commission computation and ensure timely payment
- Collaborate with Shared Services Team to deliver administrative support to ensure effective HR operational support to business
- Conduct Exit interviews and any disciplinary actions
- Training administration including coordination and documentation such as training records (Application, Certification and Evaluation)
- Provide support for audit requests in a timely fashion, and provide information as requested
- Any other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field
- Min 4 years of relevant experience with 2 years in business partnering
- Good knowledge of Employment Act in neighbouring countries
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good verbal and writing communication skills
- Experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Ability to multiple task and work under tight deadlines
- Utilise agile thinking that is clear, logical, open-minded and informed by evidence
- Confident in delivering solutions that solve business problems at the pace of the business.
- Experience in regional end-to end recruitment life cycle
- Must be able to work at all levels of the HR “stack” - Strategic, operational, and tactical
- Analytical thinking and skills, you should be proficient with data and derive meaningful insights
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
