**Futures Trader - Ferrous
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the development of Futures clients, and formulate model for physical commodity and derivatives that is integrated with the company;
- Track and analyse the market dynamics of derivative products such as coal, iron ore and steel futures and options, keep abreast of the factors and time that may cause price fluctuations of the product, and write research reports on coal, iron ore and steel;
- Analyse the market related research among various varieties, grasp investment opportunities and report to the company;
- Study the volatility of coal, iron ore and steel-related futures-derived derivatives, and explore the opportunities for business expansion and practical operations;
- Tally the usage of raw materials by steel mills in China, collate and analyse price trends for domestic and foreign trade, grasp the market trend;
- Collecting and collating timely market intelligence, communicating with end-users, analysing the level of acceptance for different products and feedback to the Company’s Management;
- Liaise with Brokers and clearance bank to execute hedging for physical commodity and derivatives in coal, iron-ore and steel, manage account position and payment of fees;
- Liaise with Company’s regulatory department, co-operate in the management of risk control, reconcile accounts in accordance with the Company’s internal cycle;

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above in economics, finance, trade, investment, or related majors, with priority given to science and engineering background in financial engineering;
- Superb logic analysis and quantitative analysis capabilities, master Matlab, R and other quantitative analysis tools;
- Have foundation in derivatives such as futures and options;
- Proactive and positive working attitude, careful and meticulous, excellent communication skills, team player and keen learner;
- Strictly observe both the Company and the team's trading discipline and risk control regulations;
