Director, Corporate Systems

We are looking for positive, innovative and aspirational leadership. Reporting to Head of Corporate Systems, the Director Corporate Systems is a critical executive leadership position to effectively partner, influence, and communicate across multiple executive levels within the business to our business vision.
The Director, Corporate Systems will fill two critical roles:
- IT Partner for Corporate Functions. This role is a strategic business partner for HR (People and Culture) and Sustainability leadership teams. As IT Partner, the director will have accountability for end-to-end BU technology management including BU IT strategy and roadmap, BU plans and priorities, portfolio design and execution, total IT costs, demand management, and management of BU IT risks and issues. The director will deliver business value creation, high quality across all technology experiences, while establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with business stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Works with the Head of Corporate Systems to leads Corporate Systems team, and provides strategic directions, solutions and policies to support business goals of the corporate functions
- Develops the strategy and services to meet business requirements including training and upgrading of systems and/or technology knowledge and skills of all staff to
- Directs and promotes governance policies and standards in relation to security, quality, risk and project management.
- Drives strategic alignment of systems and processes across functional teams and departments in the corporate functions
- Provides advisory and recommendations to corporate function leadership team
- Possesses the ability to leverage new and innovative technology to develop strategic direction for the IT functions alignment with the organisation objectives.
- A blend of strategic technical and business experience, the ability to develop and execute strategic plans and orchestrate change to deliver business outcomes.
- Track record of delivering and driving innovative technology transformation aligned with business expectations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience of technology teams
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- More than 12 years of relevant experience and currently in an executive management position
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP core functionalities, in particular HR/Payroll
- Development Life cycle experiences
- Experience in large size SAP project management involving Financials, Logistics, Sales and HR/Payroll
- Experience managing regional projects
- Strong experience in managing multiple business stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong commercial background understanding the cost components involved for IT solutions and delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise business functions with a good appreciation of SAP business Suite functionalities
- Mastery of Software-As-Service solution implementation and management
- Strong knowledge across Business Risk Management, Cyber Risk Management, Disaster Recovery Management, Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, IT Standards, IT Strategy, Partnership Management, Performance Management, Quality Standards
