**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the Supply Chain Program implementation by ensuring all checklist items is effectively completed, including, but not limited to, receipt of bill of materials, receipt of agreement or management approval, receipt of credit approvals, forecast mapping completion, establishment of program parameters and program set-up.
- Works closely with macro developer to achieve automation at work including, customer forecast mapping logic, uploading the forecast, inventory management, liability monitoring, system data maintenance and ad hoc request, etc.
- Measure the program performance according to the assigned scorecard criteria and design the new measurement to trigger the risk.
- Supports Supply Chain Service Managers to fulfill the Customers specific requirement such as safety stock, fix buffer management and demand acceleration.
- Ensures the accuracy of data maintenance in the system and maintain the up-to-date information.
- Supports Strategic and Select Departments and sales branches by maintaining and communicating knowledge about company purchasing/inventory reservation system. Works closely with Supply Chain Services Manager in support of Supply Chain Programs to improve communications, teamwork, productivity, and quality.
- Manages ongoing processing of assigned Supply Chain Programs to ensure customers need and goal are achieved by ensuring receipt of customer forecast, ensuring forecast are accurately translated to the mainframe system, and by ensuring acceptable program parameters are met.
- Manages inventory for assigned Supply Chain Programs by conducting a review of the Variance Reports, identifies any significant changes and distribute to Sales and Product for their further action about the handling of existing pipeline.
- Manages and control the inventory at each consignment hub location. Execute all inventory movement activities in the system and manage the inventory aging according to the agreed T&C. Facilitate the action taking with Sales for the aged inventory.
- Maintains integrity of consignment inventory through the regular transaction and hub reporting (billing/receiving/inventory on hand). To identify the risk of each consignment hub such as no transaction, slow moving and no forecast items.
- Declares the potential liability of Supply Chain Programs.
- Conducts the training for the assigned parties.
- Work aligns with Supply Chain Service Manager and Sales Operational Department to organize the pre-physical inventory count activities at hub and in-charge the inventory reconciliation of received count result and prepare the report to comply with Finance’s requirement.

**Job Requirement**:

- 5 years or related experience/training such as Inventory management, production planning or related general business experience.
- Mininum Diploma/Degree in any fields
- With people management experience is preferrable.
- Possesses advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook and Explorer.
- Exhibits the analytical and problem solving ability necessary to effectively troubleshoot problems that arise in all phases of program management.
- Proficient knowledge in manufacturing purchasing practices. Possesses ability to set and track goals with good verbal and written communication skills to write reports, business correspondence and prepare customer presentations to internal and external customers.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high transaction environment with strong organizational, attention to detail, multi-tasking and project management skills.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to develop effective relationships with individuals and groups inside and outside the TTI organization.
