**Job Descriptions**
- Ensure that the delivery teams’ purpose and objectives are clear and linked to the broader vision, strategy, and customer roadmap.
- Translate business objectives into streams of work, aligning technology and business strategy.
- Work closely with Project Managers and other leaders to deliver initiatives and products utilizing either agile or waterfall project management methods as required.
- Empower and coach delivery teams to take accountability for delivery, risk, and issue management and assist by removing blockers.
- accountable for the overall progress of all client delivery assigned, including financial performance
- Application and/or platform ownership including facilitation of critical incident management and technical roadmaps.
- Develop a team environment that supports team engagement and high performance in a diverse, distributed, and partnered team.
- Builds strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure delivery is smooth and customer-centric.
- Manage team operations, including portfolio planning, resource, financial and risk management.
- Build and manage customer accounts and senior stakeholder relationships
- Manage partner (i.e. vendor) delivery to contract and relationship
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities at existing customer accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- Min 10 years experience in Project Management
- Account and senior stakeholder management
- Vendor delivery and contract management
- Experience leading project teams, through full project lifecycles
- Experience leading operational support teams to define SLAs
- Proven track record of successful delivery of complex customer projects
- You will be highly motivated, a strategic thinker, and must have passion and enthusiasm for delivering technology and business transformation
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Flexibility, relationship building, communication skills, and time management are essential Associated Technologies
- Managed implementations involving the following:

- .NET Framework 4.5 and above
- HTML5, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap,
- C# 5.0 / 6.0 - Threading, Asynchronous Programming, Generics, etc.
- C# Database Programming with ADO.NET, ODP.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ
- Windows Service
- Window Communication Foundation (WCF)
- Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF)
- ASP.NET Web API (RESTful service)
- OOPS, Design Patterns
- Unit/Integration/User/Security/Performance Testing
- C# Best Practices / Code Review
- Test Driven Development
- Agile Development
- Cloud Architecture
- Added Advantage:

- Experience in AWS.
- Experience in IDM/IAM domain.
- Experience in the Edtech domain.
