**Who we are looking for
**Responsibilities:
- Assist with client onboarding and provide daily support to fulfill client account opening requirements
- Interact with clients regularly to handle all servicing aspects including responding to client queries, KYC, CKA and onboarding
- Coordinating closely with various departments, including Business Development, Front Office and Compliance to ensure completeness of the client onboarding and review process
- Working with Business Managers to streamline and/or automate onboarding processes, meet new regulations, to reduce client onboarding turnaround time, and improve experience;
- Maintains a strong culture of risk and controls in the team through various processes and check-points
- Resolving people, process, and technology challenges in the entire Client Life Cycle Management
- Designing and providing key metrics to measure key success factors and implement enhancements to existing client service workflows

**Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in KYC and Account Opening Documentation review, Account Maintenance and Credit documentation.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player but also able to work independently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- General sense of risk awareness. Risk conscious with emphasis on sensitive data sharing
- Highly proactive and diligent in follow up and follow through. Client focused, organized at bundling of requests and sensible on turnaround time
