**About the Team**

**Responsibility**
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy for a risk management tool tailored to retail CFD and Forex brokers' needs.
- Plan and design risk monitoring and management solutions, including features like real-time monitoring, exposure tracking, automated alerts, and risk analysis tools.
- Continuously improve the efficiency of our risk management system, reducing the probability and impact of abnormal events, and enhancing the overall performance of the trading platform.
- Spearhead the product development lifecycle from initial concept to launch, coordinating with development, IT, and compliance teams.
- Create an intuitive and user-friendly product that enhances the Dealing team's efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
- Ensure the product complies with industry regulations and standards, particularly in financial risk management.
- Implement and oversee mechanisms to track product performance, using data-driven insights to make iterative improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably with experience in product management from a reputable financial, trading, or technology company.
- A strong interest in trading, financial markets, and risk management.
- Proven experience in product design and project management, with the ability to uncover user demands through data analysis.
- Strong logical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of solving complex problems and achieving goals through collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, showing responsibility to both customers and team members.
- Working proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Experience in designing or trading financial products such as Forex, CFDs, futures, or options.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and other relevant software.
