**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years’ experience working as a Product Manager with an emphasis on monetization; Pricings and Promotions in a B2C environment.
- Independence in determining and establishing channel strategies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of industry best practices for web/app monetization, including on advertising promotions vs. in
- app purchase revenue streams.
- Familiarity working within a validation centric environment, where decisions are data
- You’re able to demonstrate business judgement in generating insights and actionable next steps from complex data.
- Familiar with product management tools and processes such as JIRA, Mixpanel, Tableau, Zendesk.

**About the Job**:
As a Monetization Manager at ZujuDigital you will define the vision and strategy for our products. Your role will be working closely with the engineering, strategy and product teams with the primary aim to define, implement and monitor ZujuDigital monetization strategy to maximize user conversion and revenues using Acquisition and Retention levers.

You will grow and lead the work of a cross functional team to be user focused, discovery led, and data driven. Part of this will be facilitating user research or experiments to validate hypotheses; aligning stakeholders on a shared vision tied to the larger strategy; using metrics and feedback to drive development.

Externally this role will also involve researching user problems, staying ahead of market developments in the Spectator Sports space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of ZujuDigital's monetization strategy including strategic and tactical pricing frameworks, platform feature strategies, and channel strategies throughout production and post-launch.
- Perform regular analysis of revenue trends and performance to optimise revenue across programmatic channels and ad networks, including pricing adjustments and ongoing waterfall management.
- Use data analytics, A/B testing, qualitative user research, and predictive modelling to optimize meaningful metrics and identify gaps.
- Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business revenue growth.
- Define the purchase funnel in-app/platform with the production team.

**Salary**: $6,500.00 - $10,500.00 per month
