- Aim of the project: (1) **Sustainability Strategy and Goals**: Interns should be familiar with the company's sustainability strategy, which includes climate action, water stewardship, and waste management. For example, Micron's sustainability report highlights efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase water reuse, and divert waste from landfill (2) **Roles and Responsibilities**: Interns may be involved in various sustainability projects, such as implementing energy efficiency, water conservation through the use of low flow fixtures, effective waste management practices or ensuring good indoor air quality projects. They should be prepared to contribute to these initiatives and support ongoing efforts to enhance sustainability (3) **Innovation and Improvement**: Interns should be encouraged to bring new ideas and innovative solutions to enhance sustainability efforts. They may be involved in projects that focus on reducing energy consumption, improving waste management, and implementing sustainable building practice as mentioned
- Opportunities to be offered for Full Time Employment**:Building Services Engineer**:This role involves working on various sustainability projects, such as energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste management. You would be responsible for implementing and monitoring sustainability initiatives, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for improvement working alongside with various stakeholders
- Project Scope: Learning Opportunities (1) **Hands-on Experience with Sustainability Projects**: You will have the chance to work on various sustainability projects, such as the installation of solar panels, optimization of chiller plants, and implementation of greenhouse gas abatement projects. This will provide you with practical experience in enhancing sustainability efforts within the site (2) **Collaboration and Communication**: Interns can be responsible for coordinating with different departments and teams to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability projects. This includes organizing meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and documenting meeting outcomes, working alongside with other stakeholders
- Deliverable: Impact of project**:Presentations and Proposals**:Interns can prepare presentations and proposals for new sustainability initiatives. This could involve researching and proposing innovative solutions to enhance sustainability efforts, such as new technologies for building services management
