Central (Ang Mo Kio / Bishan / Sin Ming)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist customers with ancestral rituals / prayers / chanting and tablet placement
- Clear prayer items after Ancestral rituals / prayers / chanting
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the ancestral halls
- Attend to customer enquiry if approached by customers
- Monitor the functionality of hall equipment and report for any breakdowns
- Support the Monastery annual prayer events

**WORKING HOURS**
- Standard Working Hours: 7.30 to 4.30pm (5 days’ work week)

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Secondary school qualification and above.
- Min. 1 year of front-line working experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Effective communication and Interpersonal skills, Good Customer Service skills
- Comfortable with physical work and is able to carry heavy load
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
