Receptionist & Admin

**Overview**:
A recepiton officer and admin serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This position is responsible for greeting guests, handling incoming calls, managing the reception area, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
**Roles & Reponsibilities**:
- Attend to phone calls and walk in enquires.
- Attend to unwell students
- Provide administrative support to stakeholders.
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times.
- General Administration duties such as managing the loan and returns of attires and blazers and to maintain the loan records.
- Manage the borrowing and returning of keys.
- Assist to count, sort, pack and distribute college materials.
- Maintain the forms in the reception trays to ensure forms are current.
- Replenishment of staff stationeries (markers, dusters etc)
- Support school events and any duties assigned by school.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE “N” levels.
- preferably has 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
**Specifications**
- 3-months with option of 1-year contract
- Location: an Education instituition at Hougang / Kovan Area
- Working Hours: Weekdays, 9am - 6pm. might differ.
