- Respond to and resolve incidents in a timely manner, ensuring mínimal impact on business operations.
- Conduct post-incident analysis to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

4. Technical Support:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

5. Security and Compliance:

- Assist in vulnerability assessments and take appropriate actions to address security issues.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and system administrators.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing status updates and highlighting any potential risks or delays.

**Requirements:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such Python and Shell.
- Expertise on CI/CD tools like Jenkins, bit bucket.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and Puppet.
- Good Experience in OpenShift, PCF containerization and orchestration technologies
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues in UAT and production environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and tracking change initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience in handling security-related concerns.
- Strong Knowledge and administrative skills in Linux OS, Databases and Middleware MQ
- Certifications in relevant areas (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, OpenShift Certification) are a plus.
