**Context**:

- The Analyst will handle Application Support activities.
- Provide support for Olympic (Core Banking) and related interfaces and systems.
- Play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests, and end-user queries.
- Provide L1/L2 Application support to end-users
- Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures
- Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customer’s trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships
- Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap
- Maintain knowledge articles.
- Assist on DR, BCP exercise and patching cycles

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies), or related fields
- At least 7 years of experience in Banking industry as an IT Production L1/L2 suppor
- With good knowledge and experience in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)
- With good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products
- Knowledge and experience in supporting Olympic banking system is a strong plus
- With basic AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
- Familiar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can interact with a diverse group.
- Proactive, positive attitude and desire to work as a team and help the team to achieve its objectives.
