Your Profile
- Minimally two years as Director of Food & Beverage in a well-established luxury hotel brand
- Great knowledge in restaurant and banquet management
- Well-versed in operational standards, managing manpower cost & driving financial goals
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
- A creative flair in food & beverage promotions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude
