**BAT SINGAPORE** **IS LOOKING FOR A CORPORATE FINANCE ANALYST**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**LOCATION**:Marina Bay Financial Center, Singapore

**REPORTS TO**: Corporate Finance Manager

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

Being a member of Corporate Finance to support both Vietnam and Singapore to assist in developing and delivering the Company’s strategy through the provision of the financial advice and management information as well as the development of financial knowledge and commercial awareness across the organization.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Prepare Monthly Balance Sheet.
- Manage Month End/Year End closing.
- Manage AR collection and prepare report to Commercial.
- Assist External Audit / Tax Audit / Internal Audit.
- Other HSBC bank matters.
- Prepare PL, BS planning and reporting.
- Prepare and manage cash forecast.
- Support on stock management and stock related tasks.
- Be in-charge for LC Presentation including receive, save, and track LC documentations.
- Proactive work with banks and customers to deal with LC discrepancy.
- Manage and track AR Clearing.
- Maintain and update systems.
- Other bank matters.
- Build strong collaborative working relationships within finance leadership team
- Strong working relationships with cross functional employees
- Self-development by undertaking a capability gap analysis (leadership & functional competency) then pro-active drive development plan to ensure the skill and knowledge levels are met expectations.
- Hold self-responsible for high standards of delivery, on time and in full
- Exhibit leadership capabilities in engagement with key stakeholders through behaviors and attitudes which are in line with the guiding principles

**CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years working experience in corporate finance (preferably for MNC's)
- Advanced English communication
- Quick learner, creative and drive-for-results.
- Good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Vietnam Accounting Standards, IFRS.
- Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize works.
- Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels.
- Sensitivity in dealing with confidential information
