Salesforce is a team sport, and we play to win. **Join us** We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Account Director to join our Alliances & Channels team to design, launch and support a plan to accelerate and scale the growth of our business with Global or Regional SI (GSI & RSI) partners across ASEAN. With a balance of strategy and roll up your sleeves "Get It Done" mentality, you will play a key role in developing the core strategy for our partner ecosystem. Working with sales, alliances, marketing, legal, operations and partners, you will develop a deep understanding of Salesforce technology, allowing you to articulate Salesforce propositions to new and growing partners. You are accountable for achieving and exceeding performance targets jointly established with GSI and SI partners in the region. Naturally inquisitive with a strong eye for business, you will make a notable impact within your first 90 days at Salesforce. **Key Responsibilities**: - Assess gaps and prioritize development/investment based on yield analysis. Cover all facets of partner development, including: identification of partner segments, relationship definition, launch activities, partner competency requirements and certification, partner economic value proposition, incentives, and benefits - Collaborate with SI partners to build and review joint business plans to realise the agreed growth targets in ASEAN & Taiwan - Provide consistent partner management to ensure partners are developing their sales, pre-sales and delivery capabilities in line with our strategy by maintaining the right certifications - Work with partners to generate new business in existing accounts and in new markets, as well as ensuring our partners deliver successful projects across the Salesforce portfolio of Cloud solutions in ASEAN - Drive teamwork between Salesforce sales teams and partners on execution of sales strategy for big bets and provide weekly partner point of views for opportunities in the current quarter - Liaise & motivate individuals at all levels of the partner relationship - Initiate and conduct sales readiness training events to ensure SI partners’ sales capability - Work with partner marketing to plan and implement marketing events for pipeline generation **What are we looking for?** - Intimate knowledge of GSI consulting organisations across multiple regions or verticals - Examples of success developing and leading sophisticated strategic partnerships - Proven background working in large complex organisations with multiple sales teams driving & building the partner ecosystem as an Partner or Alliances Manager - Strategic thinking skills to blend consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives - Proven success achieving & exceeding sales quotas or driving significant revenue through SI partnerships, delivering results. - Sophisticated communication & interpersonal skills, able to build trust, manage & influence relationships with partners, executive leaders and internal teams with credibility & ease. - Examples of how to create and build differentiated relationships with partners - Able to adapt to complexity & change continuously, thinking on multiple levels of abstraction; demonstrating outstanding critical thinking techniques.
