**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic Leader with an experience of 14 to 18 years, who will be responsible for and leading the Tools and DevOps team that builds and governs Tooling and DevOps requirements for the entire Issuing Solutions team in the AP region.

This role is for someone who is passionate about setting directions for the Tooling and DevOps strategies for a large organization. This role will create the vision & roadmap, influence the adoption of CI/CD model and oversee the development and maintenance of Build and Deployment model to increase team productivity through well-orchestrated automated services.

Additionally, this role will contribute to creating the strategy on development, adoption, maintenance and governance of various Test Automation tools. This role will demand the continuous monitoring of usage pattern, taking feedback and influencing of the large test engineering community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the end-to-end product topology from infrastructure, environment and delivery perspectives. Identify build and deployment risks early on and ensure they are addressed before they become actual problems, whenever possible.
- Establish the processes on CI/CD and bring consistency across products.
- Identify parts of the system that do not scale or are instable, provide alleviating measures and drive long term resolution of these problems.
- Engage with stakeholders to regularly interact and discuss the roadmaps and robust supportability aspects. Should be able to drive agenda for better operational excellence.
- Understand automation needs of the Test Engineering team and provide easy to adopt solutions.
- Provide governance, support and training on tools.
- Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex products with significant bottom-line impact.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices and influence usage.
- Providing technical assistance to perform and run root cause analyses.
- Mentor the new and junior team members to help them understand the supportability aspect and proactive analysis.
- Work towards creating upskilling plans and laying down the operational onboarding foundations.
- Ensure deeper client partnership, regular interactions to address feedback and preparing readiness aspects. Also, ensuring necessary knowledge transfers through regular handshakes.
- Consistently engage and involve in a way that inspires others while doing more Multi-Tasking in handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
Basic Qualifications:

- 10+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience
- Should effectively collaborate with various Project Stakeholders from different geographic locations and other Software Engineers (peers in cross-functional teams) ensuring all work is of a high quality and meets the team’s definition of complete.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, excellent judgment and good time management in prioritizing work and the ability to work in fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving skills and willingness to investigate complex problems, a proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.
- Strong critical and strategic thinking skills to handle both the big picture and crucial technical decisions.
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments, including process management, user management, network management, build & deployment servers.
- Ability to develop tools and scripts to support automation need.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of popular automation tools and their pros/cons.
