**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role requires you to support fundraising strategies and frameworks for LOVE, NILS Ltd as well as actively seek donors and sponsors to meet the organisation’s revenue targets. You will lead this department in the areas of donor development and management.

You are responsible for the following:
(a) Work with Executive Director to develop strategic fundraising plan, facilitate implementation of plan and monitor progress

(b) Support the Executive Director in fundraising efforts, collaborate with the Programs and Partnership departments, secure key partnerships, support donor cultivation and retention, execute fundraising events, and ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation.

(d) Maintain and update donor and grant database and files in a timely manner; utilise Donor Management System to manage donor and funder relationships and outreach

(e) Ensure compliance on regulatory requirements and reporting in relation to charitable fundraising in Singapore

(f) Develop and create fundraising collateral materials

(g) Ensure effective management within the fundraising department; Use data to evaluate performance of fundraising efforts

(h) Ensure compliance with funder contracts and reporting requirements

**QUALIFICATIONS, TECHNICAL SKILLSETS & COMPETENCIES
(a) Degree in Business Management/ Marketing/ Communications

(b) At least 2 years of experience in the social service sector and in a similar capacity (charity fundraising or non-profit fund management experience)

(c) Events management experience preferred

(d) Knowledge of various fundraising techniques, including online fundraising (digital and social media platforms) with a creative mindset to engage audiences effectively

(e) Experience in using Donation Management System

(f) Good negotiation and persuasion skills

(g) Strong interest in community work, passion in charity work and a commitment to making a positive impact

(h) ability to function in a fast-paced environment amidst tight/competing deadlines

(i) Excellent at working in small teams with track record as team player

(j) High level of personal integrity

(k) Confident in working with both internal and external stakeholders

(l) Enthusiastic, driven, with a can-do attitude and resourceful
