TalentTrust is an IPC-registered nonprofit dedicated to strengthening other nonprofits and amplifying their impact through skills-based volunteering. Since 2016, we've facilitated pro bono capacity-building programs that connect skilled professionals to nonprofits, helping them to upskill, scale, and deepen their impact in the community.

**Position Overview**

As we embark on a transformative growth phase, TalentTrust is seeking a dynamic **Fundraising Manager**to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be pivotal in driving revenue generation through innovative fundraising strategies including events, donor stewardship, grants, and corporate sponsorships.

This role offers a unique opportunity to craft and implement creative revenue-generating initiatives that align with our mission and foster meaningful relationships with individual donors, foundations and corporates alike.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement multi-channel fundraising strategies including events, individual giving, foundation and corporate partnerships, grants, and digital campaigns.
- Identify and explore innovative avenues to expand revenue streams in alignment with TalentTrust’s mission.
- Plan and execute impactful fundraising events and campaigns to engage donors and generate revenue.
- Cultivate and manage a diverse portfolio of donors through consistent and meaningful engagement to encourage repeat and recurring donations, enhancing donor loyalty and long-term support.
- Create engaging content for donor communications, marketing materials, and social media that highlights TalentTrust’s mission and impact.
- Maintain TT’s donor management system to track engagement and monitor progress.
- Support the work of the Fundraising Committee, preparing reports / updates as needed, including performance metrics and strategic insights.
- Continuously assess and refine fundraising strategies, campaigns, and events to maximize effectiveness and impact.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in fundraising, donor stewardship, and corporate partnerships, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with donors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
- Donor stewardship expertise, with experience developing and implementing strategies for donor engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to develop innovative approaches to revenue growth and donor engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive proposals and impactful reports.
- Strong planning, project management, and time management abilities with a commitment to high-quality delivery.
- Results-oriented mindset, proactive individual who takes pride in a high standard of delivery.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s nonprofit and CSR landscape is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
