**About the Role**:
We are looking for a visionary **Product Director**to lead product strategy and execution in fintech. This role will focus on driving innovative product development across **trade finance platforms, deep-tier finance, Web3/tokenisation & RWA, and AI-driven document verification**.
You’ll shape product direction from ideation through to launch, ensuring solutions are competitive, scalable, and aligned with client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define and drive product vision and roadmap.
- Build fintech solutions leveraging existing technologies.Oversee product lifecycle from concept launch
- optimisation.
- Conduct market research to align features with demand.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to execute delivery.
- Manage product backlog and prioritise effectively.
- Analyse product performance and iterate based on feedback.
- Present progress and insights to leadership.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- 10+ years’ product management, with 4+ in leadership roles.
- Fintech experience strongly preferred.
- Strong grasp of fintech trends and customer behaviour.
- Startup/fast-paced environment experience.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product tools.
