BUZUD is a leading healthcare and medical technology company in Singapore, specializing in innovative home-based medical equipment and continuous glucose monitoring systems (CGMS). With a strong focus on improving healthcare accessibility and affordability, BUZUD works closely with partners, healthcare professionals, and consumers to deliver trusted solutions.
**Position Overview**
The Product Director will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving innovation, strategy, and execution to ensure BUZUD products meet market demand and regulatory requirements, while aligning with the company’s growth objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success.
- Oversee product design, testing, and compliance with HSA and international regulatory standards.
- Manage partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop pricing strategies, product launch plans, and performance tracking.
- Provide product training materials and support for internal teams and partners.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
- 10+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of product development cycles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
