**Job Title**

Contract Executive
**Job Description Summary**

Manage tender processes, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with property teams, monitor project timelines, and maintain contract records for timely procurement under Town Council guidelines.

**About the Role**:

- Coordinate calling and evaluation of all tenders; including putting up tender award recommendation papers to the Town Council for approval.
- Liaise with Property teams, review tender specifications to ensure they are in line with the latest regulations as well as to meet the site's operational needs.
- Prepare tender documents and tender opening processes to comply with Town Councils' Act and Financial Rules.
- Plan and monitor projects according to the recommended guidelines and ensure compliance of the statutory timelines.
- Maintain a list of contracts under the Town Council and ensure that all tenders are called in time

**About You**:

- Degree in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related professional qualification, with internship experience; or Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong coordination, project monitoring, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
