Quality Engineer at manufacturing takes care of product quality and quality management system compliance to ensure outstanding customer experience, and act as voice of customers.

They establish and manage Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Systems to ensure compliance with Internal Corporate quality policies and procedures and external regulatory standards requirement (ISO 9001). This includes developing and implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes to assure and improve quality, productivity, and effectiveness as well as to optimize customer satisfaction.

**Principle Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Ensure desired quality of products are maintained and delivered to customers.
- Consistently monitor product quality performance through measurement of quality metrics and work with cross functional team to drive for improvement.
- Lead improvement initiatives to improve DEFOA (Dead on Arrival) and AFR (Annual Failure Rate).
- Revise and maintain QMS procedures and processes and related manufacturing documents.
- Perform quality assessments and work with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate changes, investigations and corrective/preventive actions are documented.
- Execute key strategic programs initiated by corporate or businesses.
- Establish quality requirements and comply with regulatory requirements in terms of technical regulations and environmental requirements.
- Ensure the organization has the processes, tools, skills and understanding to implement expectations in the following areas:
1. Quality Information: Provides the following information to management team for
- Monthly Quality summary (DEFOA and AFR)
- Product reliability improvement goals and progress
- Manufacturing/Supplier/Contract Manufacturer quality performance (Yield, OQA rate & etc.)

2. QMS Conformability: Facilitate internal and external quality audits.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent education in any field.
- Relevant quality assurance / management experience in ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality System Standard.
- Ability to contribute towards global/strategic business level initiatives.
- Effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and maintain effective working relationships across functions and levels both internally and externally.
- Proficient in data, statistical and root cause analysis.
- Strong documentation and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
