**Job Description**:
- Handles day-to-day accounting and general administration
- Manage time sheets, prepare invoices and billing documents, and monitor payment
- Develop and maintain a MS digital filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Create and keep records and databases with personnel, financial and other data up to date
- Support the team in carrying out administrative duties for clients
- Organise and schedule appointments, events and travel
- Assisting in any other ad hoc matters as and when assigned
**Remark**: 80% work from home, only need to go office at Raffles Hotel once a week.
