**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze all existing vendors pricing and cost to ensure cost effectiveness
- Formulate strategy for sourcing and cost negiotation
- Follow up full process of purchasing (quotation, order, delivery)
- Issuance of Purchase Order (PO) and mointor on time delievry of materials
- Control and monitor stock inventory and maintain system accuracy
- Liaise and follow up with supplier for shipment arrangement and delivery date
- Manage, update and maintain SAP software
- Communicate with production planner and storekeeper on material schedule and staus
- Update and maintain document procedures compliance with ISO 9001 standards and excellent filling system
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years work experience in manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft office and SAP software

**Salary and Benefits, Working Hours and Work Location**
- Monthly Gross Salary between SGD$3,000 to SGD$4,000
- 5-day work week
- Air-conditioned and clean environment
- Located in Kaki Bukit area(Near Kaki Bukiy MRT), convenient for public transport
