Our clients include exchanges, banks, brokerages, and other financial institutions.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Post-Implementation Technical Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of technical experts to ensure the successful transition and optimisation of projects after their implementation. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking will play a critical role in driving our projects towards sustained success.This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team, focused on innovation and building cutting edge products to support the company’s overall strategy and goals.Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to facilitate their professional growth and developmentPost-Implementation Support: Oversee the post-implementation phase of projects, ensuring a seamless transition from the implementation team to the support phase Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues, ensuring mínimal disruptions to project outcomes Develop and maintain post-implementation support processes and documentation to ensure consistent and efficient support servicesTechnical Expertise: Possess in-depth technical knowledge relevant to the projects and systems being supported, enabling effective troubleshooting and solutions delivery Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and improvements to existing systemsStakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management, to provide updates on project status and address concernsQuality Assurance: Establish and execute quality assurance processes to ensure that post-implementation activities meet predefined standards and specifications Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimisationProject Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to develop transition plans and timelines for the post-implementation phase Coordinate the execution of these plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectivesContinuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement within the post-implementation support processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Analyse feedback from stakeholders and team members to drive continuous improvement initiativesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.) Proven experience (5+ years) in technical leadership roles, with a strong background in post-implementation support and project coordination Solid understanding of various technical systems, software development lifecycles, and IT infrastructure Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and promote a positive team culture Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus
