We’re seeking a **Deputy or Lead Software Developer **who excels in both technical expertise and strategic thinking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate UI/UX designs from **Figma **into responsive and functional React interfaces.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers while ensuring SDLC best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to align development with business goals.

**Requirements**:
**(A) Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **React **, **Axios **, **PostgreSQL **or **NoSQL databases **, and **Tailwind CSS **.
- Hands-on experience with **deployment processes **, including Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with **prototyping tools **like Figma for creating seamless user interfaces.
- Strong skills in **logic design **, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases.

**(B) Professional Experience**:

- At least **3-5 years or equivalent as a senior developer **in a startup or similar agile environment.
- Proven expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.

**(C) Leadership Qualities**:

- A **can-do attitude **with the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
- Strong mentoring, communication, and teamwork skills to inspire developers.
