As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering IT, software, and website development projects. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in our profit-sharing scheme and take charge of offshore team management and offshore office setup in SEA countries. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading end-to-end project management, from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, marketers, and offshore teams, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Managing and coordinating offshore teams in different locations, fostering effective communication, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Traveling to SEA countries to set up and manage offshore offices, working closely with local teams and stakeholders.
- Implementing a profit-sharing scheme that rewards the success and profitability of projects, allowing you to directly benefit from your exceptional project management skills.
- Developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Building and nurturing client relationships, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) are highly desirable.
- Proven at least 2 years of experience as a project manager in IT, software development, or website development projects, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Willingness to travel to SEA countries to set up and manage offshore offices as required.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Asana, Trello or Microsoft Project.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and drive successful outcomes.
