Project/program Lead

Manages a group of products by leading a core team compromising of Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Production and other support team members to achieve Excellence in the Product Key Performance (Delivery, Quality, Cost) after the Product is transferred. Lead the weekly review mtg and working together with team to resolve any critical issues.
- Lead the New Product Family Transfer Define and manage the key milestones across different functions till product is 100% transferred & handover to production
- Ensure schedules are on track, follow through activities. Highlight any key potential risk or milestones
- Actively manage risks and drive resolution of issues in a timely manner.
- Facilitate regular review with Business Units

Education and Work Experience:
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or its equivalent and with at least 5 to 7 years of product/ program experience
Prior working experience in manufacturing environment (High Mix-Low Volume is highly desirable).
Possess the continual improvement mindset and have prior work experience in using 6-sigma or Kaizen tools to solve problems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate level) and some knowledge in using Power BI tool
Enjoy working in a dynamic working environment
