**Job Description**:

- Managing daily operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
- Preparing doughs, shaping and baking of products.
- Preparing a variety of sourdough breads.
- Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
- Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients
- Ordering of new supplies and ingredients
- Ensuring the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
- Cleaning of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.

Job Requirement:

- At least 1 years of working experience or more as a full spectrum Baker or relevant role (E.g mixing,shaping, baking)
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
- Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team
- Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
- Prior knowledge in sourdough is advantageous, but not necessary
- Responsible, strong attention to details and actively problem solve
- Performance driven, instead of clock watcher

Work Arrangement:

- Working hours: 7am - 3.30pm, 1 hour break
- Working days: 5 days per week
- Required to work on Public holidays
