**Responsibilities**:

- Produce 2D and BIM drawing for Electrical Or ACMV System. Include single line, Layout and system schematic drawings, adhering to established specification and standards.
- Develop Design concept, prepare design report and shop drawings.
- Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
- Plan all drawing request to meet the submission deadline.
- On time delivery of all drawings, correct and accurate drawings.
- Prepare and present 3D models during BIM meetings.
- Able to coordinate with other MEP services.
- Prepare drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends, drawing to scale, etc.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models to minimize construction issues.
- Work closely with assigned PM on Autocad and Drawing Status reporting.
- To attend site walk as and when required by the Engineers and Managers.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in Arhitectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical
- At least 2 Year(s) of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects
- Well versed in Revit/Bentley/Autocad
- Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner
- Knowlegde in Bently Open Building Designer, Dynamo will have an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month
