**Position: Revit/BIM/CAD Designer**

**Location: Singapore**

Work with existing manufacturers to create a parts database that you can use to provide data hall designs. On those projects, you will work closely with sales and project managers to deliver accurate drawings which will be the basis of both procurement parts lists, and official submissions.
- Develop and maintain CAD/BIM Drawings.
- Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
- Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from engineers/coordination with clients.
- Work closely with the design team members of individual Project management.
- Assist Engineers in compliance with Project Design Criteria/BIM Executive Plan.
- Assist in the coordination of Project Drawings and manage Revit models.
- Responsible for receiving, registering, filling, and distributing documents for the detailed engineering section.
- Develop computer-generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules, and data sheets.
- Perform other related work duties as assigned by the reported supervisor.
- Minimum 2 years M&E related experience. Preferred with data center experience
- Experienced in Revit Modelling & Parameters
- Must have Revit Certification
- Must be skilled in BIM Software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Review all work for completeness and accuracy
- Detailed and meticulous with strong problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Able to perform under pressure and multi-task
- Able to travel and understand client requirements
- Document control skills. As designers will be regularly updated to client (via procore)

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a degree in a relevant field.
- Hold professional design certificates.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in REVIT, BIM, and CAD.
- Exhibit a skill set that includes experience with data centers.
- Preference for targeting companies involved in system integration and manufacturing.
- Prefer to be fluent in both Chinese and English.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Design: 5 years (preferred)
- Data center: 1 year (preferred)
