This is a newly created role and suitable for hunter with regional hands-on experience in building enterprise training business. You should have a strong growth-mindset and resourceful to operate autonomously in achieving short and long-term successes. This role is expected to expand its’ responsibility in line with NTU aspiration for the Enterprise segment. Reporting to the Regional Enterprise Director, you will serve as a key member and play a significant role in supporting the growth strategies and executing go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate prospecting, and large enterprise customer acquisition through direct, and indirect models- Meet and exceed all quarterly sales quotas, pipeline growth, accurate reporting of leads, activities, opportunities, and forecasts- Develop training partnerships and collaboration opportunities- Ensure efficient in-house, immersion, online, and hybrid training programmes roll out- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to develop account-based campaigns, and drive enterprise customer acquisition through B2B initiatives- Extend enterprise training programmes and solutions through NTU centres, industry partners, and professional communities- Work with faculty and operations for seamless programme delivery to achieve highest Learning outcome and Customer Satisfaction goal

**Requirements**:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in selling professional services, products, or training programmes at the regional level- Experience in appointing and managing local sales agencies and partners- Proven track records in exceeding $5m annual training target consistently- Experience working with content developer, industry practitioner, and professional associations to develop enterprise training programme with tangible learning outcome- Consistently exceeded as a sales manager, capable of evaluating, developing, and implementing strategies to drive accelerated growth- Skilled in engaging C-level customers regarding their strategic talent transformation initiatives- Possess an entrepreneurial drive and comfort working independently, and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the digital transformation imperatives and talent development initiatives- Knowledge of local business dynamics, operating culture, pricing elasticity, and talent needs of the region- Previous experience in establishing and scaling regional enterprise training business of a global companyHiring Institution: NTU
