**Job Summary**:
The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for overseeing product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution across various e-commerce platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate creative assets and timelines, monitor sales and campaign performance, and support logistics and fulfillment operations. A key aspect of the role involves planning and executing livestream sessions, engaging KOLs/KOCs, and staying ahead of digital and livestreaming trends. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings, pricing updates, and campaign setups across marketplaces and brand websites. (e.g., Shopify, ,TIKTOK and etc)
- Coordinate banner designs, promotional codes, and campaign execution timelines with the team.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and assist with performance reporting and optimization suggestions
- Prepare, analyse and report on sales performance and providing recommendations / corrective actions so as to achieve sales target set
- Manage and coordinate logistics operations with third-party warehouses to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfilment for e-commerce activities.
- Actively recruits and liaise with KOL/ KOC affiliates for Content Creation and/or Livestreaming.
- Planning and scheduling of livestream session. Prepare the livestream set up, livestream scripts/flow, and backend operation.
- Support and perform live streaming on online platforms.
- Stay up-to-date in the latest livestreaming trends and practicesSupport other digital marketing campaigns when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Outgoing personality and willing to go on livestream and work closely with the team on content creation.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
- Good teamwork, collaboration, networking skills.
- Communication skills and initiative to learn and add value.
