**Get to know the Role**:
As the Regional Team lead, you will be reporting to the Head, Ad Operations. Your mission will be to work and lead a team of Campaign Strategists across multiple markets. Drive operation excellence and best practices for the team. Manage, mentor, train and develop Campaign Strategist teams across SEA
The Day to day activities:
- Lead and supervise the Campaign strategist teams across region to deliver a consistently high quality service level to GrabAds clients
- Work with the regional Campaign Management team Lead to ensure Adops overall performance delivery.
- Maintain and improve standardised end to end processes to ensure a smooth collaboration with Sales that include Sales to CS roles / responsibilities / handovers
- Define and deliver standardised metrics and OKRs to drive team performance and business results.
- Understand country sales strategies and define CS team’s key priorities.
- Build and establish exceptional relationships with our Sales teams to provide suggestions and define customer best practices around campaign goal setting, execution, and optimization. Includes development of internal / external collateral and training.
- Responsible for people management of Campaign Strategist country teams across the region, providing a development path.
- Support program managed team on product needs feedback to achieve optimal operational efficiency and campaign results
- Ensure consistent training programme for development and upskilling the Adops teams across the region.
- Support leadership team to make ops organizational decisions to support rapid business growth or platform needs.
- Effectively communicate with strategic partners across the region.
- Inspire excellence, teamwork and maintain high team performance.
The Must haves:
- 8+ years of Digital Advertising Operations experience and 3+ years building and people management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution.
- Leadership skills to anticipate issues and remove barriers to productivity, identify solutions to drive teams towards clear goals, and take effective decisions.
- Extraordinary communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey across different level technical and strategic stakeholders.
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets skills
- At least a basic understanding of BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI.
- Excellent organisation skills and strong problem solving mindset
- Be able to coach and subordinate team members
