**Summary**

**Responsibilities**SIN Hub Operations Management and Leadership**
Manage and provide leadership and guidance to a team of 5 duty managers to achieve:

- Targets for On-Time-Punctuality, Baggage Mishandling and Travel irregularity for daily operations
- Areas of innovation and enhancement to ensure no customer mishandling and satisfactory customer service on the ground.
- Review operational processes and propose areas of improvement that can be undertaken at SIN HUB.
- Effective communication with various departments of Scoot HQ to optimize operational delivery.
- Manage and build strong relationship with suppliers
- Achieve operational efficiency and support during normal operations and disruptions of stations
- Achieve Delivery of Scoot product / policy seamlessly at the most effective cost.
- Analyse and review service level / delay out of SIN with SATS to determine the root cause and prevent recurrence to improve HUB operations.
- Ensure 100% compliance to Scoot product / policy and issue SLA for failure to meet agreed service level agreement.

**People Management**:

- Lead a team of 5 duty managers including setting KPIs, providing coaching and managing their performance to develop the individual in their respective roles.
- Work closely with leads for overseas stations to support hub growth, customer experience and hub efficiencies.
- Manage the DMs delivery to support hub growth, customer experience and hub efficiencies and deliver to the team members the purpose of their roles.

**Scoot operational planning**:

- Manage the planning of the DM Roster, JD and structure for SIN HUB DMs to achieve optimal roster efficiency and ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines.
- Schedule weekly targets meeting for individual DM KPI presentation and improvement tracking
- Remote and on hand monitoring tools formulation and implementation.
- Planning for SIN Hub disruption handling and management.

**Work Management**:

- Lead and coordinates work for inter-dept projects assigned by COO/HOD/SMGO in crafting new customer experience e.g. Contactless Journey

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business, aviation or related discipline.
- High problem solving skills based on a knowledge based approach.
- Highly detailed and meticulous
- Keen understanding of the hub ecosystem.
- Able to work well under stress and tight timelines.
- Able to work with multiple parties to achieve collaborative outcome.
- Present a balanced approach to project management.
- Able to cover shift on ad hoc basis.
