**Responsibilities**:
- Assists with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include:
- managing an active calendar of appointments.
- completing expense reports.
- composing and preparing correspondence.
- arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- arranging air tickets, hotels and visa.
- preparing and compiling documents for meetings.
- Other general matters.
Leading and organizing corporate events (meetings, conferences, trainings) as required such as booking of hotels, transportation, restaurant, meeting venue, etc. bringing out the professional image and company branding.
- Prepares documents such as MS office: PowerPoint and other forms of presentations. Preparing meeting minutes as required, i.e., coordinating business minutes, activities and action protocols, management minutes.
- Be an ambassador for company intranet - ConneCT Asia Pacific. Regularly updating the information and ensuring materials are appropriate and timely updated for employees in the region.
- To comply with Freudenberg regulations on Safety, Environmental protection, and Occupation health by working with SEO and HSE Officer to meet the safety standards and policies of the local and global regulations.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments to improve and develop better approaches to business processes & policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required, which are related to supervisors.**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies (fresh graduate welcome to apply) Or Diploma holder with at least three years’ experience.
- Ability to use MS Office especially on PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Demonstrate professionalism, high value, and integrity.
