Boomi, a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integration Platform as a Service has an exciting opportunity to join our team. This role can be done working with our client/customers onsite or 100% remote. Our consultants provide integration development and support for customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Define clients' integration requirements through analysis, and design
- Provide technical direction and assistance to clients regarding their integration needs
- Plan, design, implement and document integration processes varying in levels of complexity
- Develop test plan specifications, test and debug processes according to plan
- Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers

Essential Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication in both English and Mandarin
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science of Information Technology
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
- Experience with enterprise integration tools (TIBCO, Software AG, MuleSoft, etc.)
- Project Management and Java Programming and Linux/Unix Experience
- Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, SQL and ASP
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (CRM, SFA, ERP)
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.

What you’ll achieve

As a Professional Services Associate Consultant, you will provide post-sales technical support to our field service teams, helping to define the overall Boomi solution for our customers using the full range of company products and services.

You will:

- Build and lead relationships for complex customer accounts
- Conduct customer needs analysis to understand requirements and project scope
- Prepare detailed product specifications to enable the sale of our high-end products and solutions
- Deliver high impact presentations at customer facilities
- Verify operability of sophisticated product and service configuration within the customer’s environment
