Whether you are a recent graduate or a professional ready to take your career to a new level, we can offer you interesting and rewarding job opportunities in a highly collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment. **Summary** The Programme Office and Procurement Excellence Manager (PMOE) is at a capacity of Chief of Staff to the Group Head of Procurement and Supply Chain (GPSC) is a leadership role within Aquila Capital's Global Procurement function and member of Global Procurement Council. The role will advise senior leadership on making strategic decisions by providing market, product, competitor, and customer insights, and help enable growth, profitability, and operational excellence. **Your responsibilities** - Planning, coordinating and prioritizing business strategies and requirements for the GPSC - Participating with GPSC and senior executive leadership in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making - Supporting new markets exploration and entry and business strategy formulations - Programme management across the organization to ensure delivery and operational excellence - Manage global supply chain teams and ensure streamlined cost management - Provide market intelligence on clean energy markets and supply chains - Support executional leadership in business development, deal structuring, and project delivery excellence activities - Determining key performance indicators and implementing performance measurement strategies - Establishing standards and procedures for hiring and managing office personnel for the GPSC and advising on teamwork improvement strategies - Think and act globally to lead and collaborate effectively on a cross-functional basis - Provide continuous feedback to stakeholders and management regarding status of projects and initiatives - Provide education and guidance to stakeholders regarding value of adopting and complying with purchasing policies, procedures, tools, and processes - Manage the day-to-day execution against the strategy, including delivering against specific goals and engaging suppliers and stakeholders accordingly. - Manage supplier sustainability evaluation program and related data, reporting and supplier engagement and improvement plans. - Provide guidance, support and training to all stakeholders and suppliers - Ensure quality and timely deliverables while managing expectations **Your qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management, an MSc or MBA is an advantage; - Certification in Project Management or Procurement Management like CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CIPS are preferred - Fluent English and local language of assigned country spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus, especially Mandarin, Spanish or German. **Personal qualities** - Forward thinking, a problem solver and solution provider; - Flexible & "can do" attitude - Deal-maker and driven negotiator with out-of-box-thinking - Proactive, flexible with strong time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. - Superior ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment; with both a sense of both urgency and thoroughness. - Able to promote a positive working culture within the team; - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; - Ability to deal confidently building strong relations with stakeholders.
