**Senior/Executive, Primary Care Office**
**SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support relationship building with key stakeholders such as GP offices to implement the plans in line with the objectives of organization’s PCO and Healthier SG
-Assist in research and insights gathering with key stakeholders to drive the co-development of strategies
-Maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate discussions and tracking for quality improvement to deliver the objectives of organization’s PCO and Healthier SG
-Support and implement the plans across various PCO workstreams which include care navigation, care and finance transformation and resource acquisitions
-Assist in the management of approved workplan milestones, timelines and budget
-Any other responsibilities assigned by organization’s leadership
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Min. bachelor degree qualification from a recognised university. Preferably with healthcare management and operations background
-Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience. Preferably with healthcare background
-Demonstrates systems thinking, teamwork, planning with translation to operations and successfully implemented projects in a dynamic environment
-Experience in healthcare management especially in the area of operations, data analysis and finance planning is preferred
-Good project management skills
-Good interpersonal & communications skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds at various levels of seniority
-Macro in perspectives and meticulous in implementation
-Good analytical, planning, risk mitigation, perception management & agile project implementation skills
-Good system-thinker with problem-solving skills in a dynamic and unstructured work environment
-Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain harmonious working relationships with internal/external stakeholders
-Mature in disposition in relation to personal character
-Strong self-discipline, sense of responsibility & determination
-Exemplary ethical & integrity standards
