- Other- Establish strong rapport with primary care service providers to strengthen the administration of the existing primary care model and to gather insights for development and implementation of new initiatives
- Support the administration of the existing primary care model, including but not limited to managing funding and monitoring of project KPIs
- Support data management and analysis on ancillary services, including but not limited to collation of data from different internal stakeholders and maintaining timely and accurate databases.
- Support the development of the primary care ancillary services sector, including but not limited to the development of training initiatives, standard operating procedures and new models of care
- Assist in the implementation of publicity plans and initiatives through various platforms to encourage adoption and utilisation of ancillary services
- Assist with other tasks that arise from the development of new initiatives
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in any discipline (preferably in science/biomedical science/allied health disciplines)
- Prior experience in healthcare, project management or operations in primary care or hospital is desirable
- Possess a high level of adaptability and learning agility in a dynamic environment
- Experienced in working with diverse groups of people in an organisation
- Possess strong organizational skills in communication, time management, analytics and problem-solving and interpersonal skills
