**Position Overview**:
As a Financial Adviser Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions. You will assist our financial advisers with administrative tasks, client communications, and document management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Assist in the preparation and organization of client documents and insurance proposals.
- Maintain client records and ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial advisory or insurance.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Must have passed or be exempted from the relevant SCI exams, including M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, and HI.
