Our Client has an opportunity for Singapore based financial advisers to join their team. Advisers who can relocate to Singapore are also invited to apply. Roles are employed with a salary plus comms.

**The Company**

Our Client is directly authorised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and is a specialist wealth management firm providing advice to HNW clients in all aspects of financial planning. With more than 20 years' experience in the industry, they currently manage over 210M SGD and are continuing to grow their client base.

They are expanding their business in Singapore and are looking for financial advisers to join their growing team. This would be ideal for qualified financial advisers who are already based in Singapore but also financial advisers who are planning to relocate there. Advisers will be joining a business that is committed to servicing clients via independent financial advice.

USPs:

- Based and licensed in Singapore
- Hybrid working arrangements
- Links to UK via the company's FCA regulated subsidiary business
- If relocating from the UK, retention of UK clients/fees on moving to Singapore
- All regulatory, compliance, insurance and product provider/ agency functions provided
- Support from client servicing managers
- Potential allocation of clients to advisers and referrals from existing clients
- Conferencing and networking events arranged by the company
- Advice offered to nationals and expats
- Established in Singapore, preferably with at least 3+ years' experience as an adviser
- MAS qualified and ready to be licensed if already based in Singapore
- Ideally with 20-30M SGD AUM to transfer, charging annual service fees if based in Singapore (Clients can be in Singapore or other Asian countries including Thailand, HK and China)
- If coming from abroad, willing to take exams to become MAS qualified and registered. Preferably Level 4DipFS qualified if in the UK or equivalent
- If relocating, then preferably have AUM to transfer. If this is not possible, then must have a proven track record and capable of generating 5-10M SGD AUM within three months of commencing with the company
- Can be independent or part of an advisory firm
- Articulate and professional

Financial Adviser package:

- Employed with a base salary of 8,000 SGD per month
- Competitive commission rates on top of base salary
- Full company structure and support including compliance and PI insurance
- Marketing support
- BDM support for generating leads from existing and new clients
- IT support with in-house CRM systems
- Potential exit strategy
