**About the Role**:As an Early Literacy Educator, you'll be instrumental in delivering Jolly Phonics instruction to nurture foundational reading skills in children. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

- **Inspire and Engage**: Use phonics-based instruction to instill confidence and literacy skills in young learners.
- **Collaborate Effectively**: Work with a dedicated team to develop engaging lessons that meet diverse learning needs.
- **Enjoy Work-Life Balance**: Benefit from a 4-day work week, allowing for an ideal blend of professional and personal time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Jolly Phonics and Primary English to children ages 12 months to 9 years, fostering a love for language.
- Opportunity to branch into Numicon Math.
- Teach on weekends (Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm); weekdays off are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Engage with parents and caregivers on student progress, fostering open communication.
- Contribute to the curriculum and classroom upkeep, ensuring a safe, inspiring learning environment.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects aligned with our mission to support underprivileged children.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Strong Command of English**: Minimum B3 in GCE O-Level English or equivalent.
- **Background in Education**: Experience in Speech & Drama is advantageous.
- **Empathy for Children**: Your dedication is their encouragement.
- **Weekend Flexibility**: Comfortable with weekend teaching commitments.
